threatening or obscene, pornography. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless PolarBasic.com from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
Examples of unacceptable materials:
IRC Bots
Warez Sites
Pirated or illegal Software
Pirated or illegal merchandise
Pirated or illegal Contents of any kind
Hate sites
Hack programs and archives
Accounts presenting unacceptable materials will be closed immediately, There
will be NO refund on 'unacceptable materials' accounts
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from
PolarBasic.com, in advance of the time period during which such services are
provided. You agree that until and unless you notify PolarBasic.com of your
desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on
a recurring basis.
PolarBasic.com reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount and any
other charges at anytime. these changes will not effect yearly plans.
PolarBasic.com reserves the right to cancel any account at any time.
All quotes are good for 14 days.
PolarBasic.com and its related websites may on occasion provide links to other
sites for your convenience or additional information, PolarBasic.com is not
responsible for any content or practices of these sites.
Copyrights
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons,
images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the
property of PolarBasic.com or its content suppliers and protected by United
States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this
site is the exclusive property of PolarBasic.com, with copyright authorship for
this collection by PolarBasic.com, and protected by U.S. and international
copyright laws.
Backup
Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. PolarBasic.com is not responsible
for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full
responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate
account backups stored on PolarBasic.com servers.
We are not responsible for loss or deletion of customer content, defined as any
emails, databases, or other electronic files stored on said hosting account(s).
Some examples include:
a) Deletion or overwriting of files by an authorized or unauthorized user(s).
b) Deletion due to server or hardware failure
c) Deletion of hosting accounts due to lack of payment.
We do, however, backup our systems on a weekly basis, but cannot guarantee the
content is up-to-date. It is the customer's responsibility to have a full backup
of their site.
Refunds
Customers may cancel any plan at any time. PolarBasic.com gives you an
unconditional 10 day money back guarantee on basic plans. Refund requests after
10 days will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time plus 8%. Only
first-time accounts are eligible for a refund.
For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up
again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second
account with us.
Due to this fact, we install all new Online Stores on a sub domain with a basic template for 0 days,
upon confirming your intention to continue with our service, we will register
the domain under your name and install your template.
Templates
a) LICENSE
PolarBasic.com grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the osCommerce
templates sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions (the "license").
You may use each individual template on a single website only, belonging to
either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in
order to make another project with the same design.
b) IMAGERY, CLIP ARTS AND FONTS
All imagery, clipart and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are
the integral part of PolarBasic's products.
Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, clipart and fonts only
as a part of the website you build using your template. You can use imagery,
clipart and fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or
distribution is prohibited.
c) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) the our products to fit
your purposes.
d) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette,
CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of
any kind without prior written consent from our company.
e) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without
prior written consent from PolarBasic.
f) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products,
modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content
providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable
for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or
inability to use our products.
g). ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud checkup to 24 hours as
well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 48 hours) for more serious
investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud
transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards
used during purchase. Our company reserves the right to change or modify current
Terms with no prior notice.<
